Jessa Brown

Jessa Brown is a poet, lyricist and heritage worker from London. Her poems have been published in magazines including The Mays, Brixton Review of Books, Ink Sweat and Tears, The London Magazine, and Atlanta Review (forthcoming). She recently won 3rd prize in the Classical Association Poetry Competition, and wrote the lyrics for two award-winning original scores this year. She has been commended by Bloodaxe and published by the Design Council, and is a former Acumen Young Poet. She holds an MA in Poetry from the University of East Anglia, and her heritage work in the Southwark Archives informs her current poetry and process.
